OOTD - Stuart Weitzman Nouveau Pump

Despite the fact that Toronto was just hit with a huge snow storm, I've been in the mood for Spring.  Light colours, pastels, breezy layers - I'm in the mood to celebrate to new season in a big way!  For me, nothing says 'spring weather' like a pair of white jeans.  Coupled with a white overcoat and neutral top, the outfit is instantly elevated with the addition of a silk neck scarf and a killer pair of heels.  The silk scarf is my best thrifted find to date and while I usually wear it in my hair, I'm loving the effect of tying it around my neck.  The shoes are a new addition to my wardrobe, the Stuart Weitzman Nouveau Pumps in nude. Not only are these shoes the perfect, leg-elongating pair of pumps but they're so darn comfortable - I actually wore them grocery shopping!  Hopefully the snow melts and Spring is here to stay but in the meantime you can find me in springtime outfits.

How my wardrobe survived without the perfect patent-leather nude pump, I will never know.  Aside from these shoes being visibly beautiful and comfortable, they're also a great option for us short gals. I couldn't believe the illusion of height that these shoes give me - even Brian had to double check that I hadn't magically sprouted a few inches taller than him overnight! I've literally had my eyes on these shoes for years, and I'm so happy that the Stuart Weitzman Nouveau Pump has found a new home in my closet.
