Winter is Coming - My Cold Weather Essentials with Amazon
If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen that I spent my week in sunny, beautiful Dominican Republic. While the weather in Toronto was unseasonably warm when I left, I was greeted with below zero temperatures and snow when I returned. Oh Canada, you got me again with your crazy weather.
Needless to say, it seems as though the frigid winter months are in full-swing, so I figured what better time to share my winter essentials with you. Amazon has quickly become my go-to spot for online shopping; I can spend hours just browsing through the endless amounts of products available! Since I've amassed a pretty ambitious shopping cart full of winter goodies, I figured there was no better time to share my winter essentials with you. From cozy knits to warm teas and heavy blankets. You can already tell the theme to my essentials is staying warm!
I don't know about you guys, but I have been obsessed with these large-knit, chunky blankets ever since spotting one on Instagram. Luckily, I was able to track them down on Amazon, and in a variety of different colours! You can bet that you will be seeing a pink version making it's way into my Instagram feed in the near future.
To me, nothing says winter like an oversized, chunky sweater. I'm obsessed with anything cable-knit and am slightly horrified that I still don't have a pink sweater in my collection. All of this changes with this large, cable knit pink sweater from Amazon. Come to mama.
Okay, this may seem like a strange one here, but say with me. I have become obsessed with turmeric tea. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory and has amazing health benefits. While I'm working my way to actually enjoying the taste of turmeric, this turmeric ginger tea is actually really delicious. I have a cup every morning, and sometimes at night because it's caffein-free! If you're curious to see what all the hype is about with turmeric, this tea is a great way to start.
Nothing is worse than cold ears in the winter. While I have amassed a large collection of winter hats, I've learned that not all toques are created equal. I love this pink knit beanie from Amazon; not only is it cute, but it's also fleece-lined for extra warmth and protection. The band also covers your ears completely, so it's a winter-win in my books.
Sticking to the theme of large, chunky knits, this scarf is the thing my little pink dreams are made of. Seriously, I have no words.
I could go on and on, but the theme of this post is that winter is coming and Amazon is our saving grace for essentials. Did any of my essentials catch your eye? What's on your list of winter essentials?
Let me know!
