OOTD - White On White + Fast Fashion Bags


This sunny weather though - could there be anything better?  Now that summer has officially started, I've been trying to fill up my weekends with lots of outdoor activities.  On Saturday we took a mini road trip down to Niagara-On-The-Lake to walk along its flower-covered streets. To keep comfortable, I wore a classic white lace sundress and my trusty oversized cardigan, with some neutral tone accessories to keep everything balanced - including this Chloe 'Drew' inspired bag! Can we just talk about this bag for a second?  After my Instagram feed being flooded with images of all of the big fashion bloggers wearing the Chloe 'Drew' bag, it's been constantly on my mind - it's crazy how that happens, right?  I typically only buy bags made of genuine leather, but when I saw this blatant Chloe rip-off from Forever 21, I just had to get it - if only just to keep me from doing something crazy like ordering the real-deal for myself! For a flash-fashion bag, it's of surprisingly good quality - even Brian was shocked to find out that it wasn't real leather.  I don't think that I'm going to make this a habit, but I do love love this little Chloe inspired bag, and so does my credit card!

    Haha when I saw this outfit photo on Instagram, I was totally going to ask if it was Chloe...especially since you said you were in a bag splurging mood last week! Great knockoff though! Fast-fashion bags like those are always good finds.

      Ohhhhh girl - I was so. close.
      But with our dollar in the toilet, I just couldn't justify a $2000+ purchase - that wasn't a trip to Paris! This has satisfied my craving :)
